New family registration fee is $160.00 per family. This fee is non-refundable pending acceptance to St. John the Baptist Catholic School. This fee is payable online through FACTS.
Current family registration fee is $160.00 per family through 3/15. Late registration fee is $360.00 after 3/15. This fee is non-refundable pending acceptance to St. John the Baptist Catholic School. This fee is payable online through FACTS. Parents may access registration through the Parent Portal.
Each family with children in grades K-8 will receive one yearbook. Families with preschool child only and those desiring additional yearbooks may place order on the Schedule of Fees.
There are three available options for payment of tuition:
One payment, due by July 20, 2024. A 3% discount applies to this option.
Two payments, due by July 20, 2024 and by January 20, 2025.
Ten payments, beginning July 20, 2024 and continuing through April 25, 2025.
All tuition payments will be managed through Blackbaud Tuition. The annual $40.00 fee per family for this service is included in the tuition rates. A $40.00 fee will be assessed to late payments.
Financial assistance is available. Applications for tuition assistance should be completed at: Welcome Grant & Aid Applicant (factsmgt.com). All applications must be completed by
March 1, 2024 to be considered for assistance.
Registration materials for the 2024-2025 school year will not be processed until the family’s tuition payments are current or a formal alternative financing agreement has been established with the Parish Finance Office.
